These Terms govern your use of Viewy. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Viewy. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information and do not impersonate others.

User content

You own the reviews, comments, and other content you create, and you grant Viewy a license to store and display it to operate the service (for example, showing your review to your followers). You are responsible for the content you post.

Acceptable use — zero tolerance for objectionable content

You agree not to post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, or that infringes others' rights, and not to abuse, harass, spam, or impersonate other users. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior.

Reporting, blocking, and moderation

You can report content and block users from within the app. We review reports and may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, typically within 24 hours of a report. Blocking a user hides their content from you and removes any follow relationship between you.

Movie & TV data; third-party links

Film and television metadata, artwork, and streaming availability are provided by The Movie Database (TMDB) and JustWatch and remain the property of their respective owners. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Outbound links (including affiliate links) lead to third-party sites we do not control.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Viewy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
